| Foam is a very versatile product. It exhibits many
different properties and can be used for both heat and
sound insulation. It can be used to form mouldings,
cornices and other decorative forms. It can be carved
into countless shapes. In the scenic industry it is
frequently etched with chemicals to create certain surface
effects such as stone and marble. When sandwiched between
cardboard or other sheet goods it can be used for display
purposes as is the case with Foamcor and Gatorboard. |
